Tom is a leader of sustainability, climate change adaptation, and mitigation solutions. He develops and delivers sustainability programs addressing climate risks, waste, energy consumption, operational efficiency, and productivity. His recent projects include a carbon calculator for electronics reuse and recycling, measuring GHG emissions (scopes 1, 2, and 3), and developing Climate Action Plans. Tom has over 30 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, budgeting, supply chain, reducing costs, and increasing efficiencies. An accomplished educator and presenter, Tom translates technical topics into simple terms.

Tom and his team provide project teams and steering committees with strategic guidance, recommended actions, and experience-based perspectives on measuring and reducing carbon and incorporating sustainability into strategic objectives. Tom manages projects ensuring on-time / on-budget results achieving excellent ratings from client satisfaction surveys.

Pam, as Managing Director of PGS Consults, is a sustainability thought leader with a proven track record of developing successful execution plans for top tech companies to reduce environmental footprint through profitable business models. She has conducted materiality assessments, Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), workshops for product designers in Eco-Design and Circular-Economy principles, and corporate management programs including ISO 9001 and 14001. Keynote speaker and award-winning author of books and articles on the intersection of environmental/social sustainability and business value. Author of the 2001 book Lean and Green: Profit for Your Workplace and the Environment (Berrett-Koehler Publishers), BA San Jose State University, and instructor of Management Consulting Skills for Sustainability Professionals at Presidio Graduate School

 Bryce’s project roles include GHG emissions baselining, measurement, and audit assurance, financial ROI analysis of ESG initiatives, decarbonization strategy and planning, development of educational materials for corporate ESG training & ESG impact analysis, and ESG trend research and thought leadership. Bryce has led finance, operations, and sales administrative functions. Previously, Bryce provided strategic market research expertise for Wells Fargo Bank. He has held marketing and other leadership positions, as a volunteer, for non-profits.

Leveraging his skills in data analytics and visual storytelling empower businesses , Bryce empowers businesses with the knowledge needed to reach carbon neutrality. He reviews and validates source data, updates emissions factors, audits emissions calculations, conducts interviews, and develops reporting of emissions and the materiality assessment. Bryce also assists in analyzing and defining emissions, materiality, and sustainability recommendations and strategies.

 Amy brings over 20 years of marketing and operations to the team.  She's a builder, a creative thinker, a planner and organizer, and an analyst.  She’s also bi-lingual in Spanish having grown up in South America. She has held a variety of senior marketing roles at Twilio, Palo Alto Networks, Bluecoat, and 3Com to help channel partners in the US and Latin America set best marketing practices and drive pipeline to grow a business.  Today, her skillset is in waste reduction, operational efficiency, communications, channels and partnerships. MBA from Northeastern University and BA from McGill University.
